A woman in her eighties was held back and robbed after being followed out of a supermarket as she used her walker to get around.
Police have now released these CCTV images of the suspects after the robbery on November 5.
The pensioner had been shopping in Iceland in Dartford town centre at around 11.25am using a walker, where CCTV shows a man and a woman following her around the store.
She was then followed out onto Darenth Road at around 11.45am, near the bus stop, where they blocked her path and asked if she needed help. The victim refused.
The woman then grabbed her arm while the man unbuttoned her coat and unzipped her bag, which was strapped around her waist. He removed her bank card and the pair then fled towards the town centre.
The suspects are described as Eastern European. The man was around 35 and stocky . He was around 5ft 10ins, with short dark hair, a flat tweed cap, dark zip-up coat and dark trousers.
The woman was in her mid-20s with dark hair pinned back, slim and wearing dark clothing.
"It is despicable that offenders think they have the right to prey on defenceless members of the community" - DC Cummings
Investigating officer, DC Deborah Cummings of Kent Police, said: "Thankfully this lady was not hurt and she cancelled her card swiftly, but it is despicable that offenders think they have the right to prey on defenceless members of the community.
"They obviously marked their victim out after seeing her in the shop, noticing her walker and obvious vulnerability.
"Our officers will absolutely not tolerate this sort of mindless and cruel act and are following up several lines of enquiry to find the people responsible for this act and bring them before the courts."
Anybody who recognises the pair should call DC Cummings on 01474 366091, quoting crime reference XY/035713/13 or Kent Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
