Drivers have been told to expect delays on the A2 following another road traffic crash near Bluewater.
Emergency services crews were called to an accident between junction 2 of the M25 and Bean Lane, in Greenhithe, shortly before 12.30pm.
The incident has now been moved to the hard shoulder.
Traffic is queuing eastbound on the approach to Bluewater and motorists have been told to face delays.
It follows a weekend of traffic chaos near the shopping centre.
Police were called to the retail hub following a road traffic collision involving a driver later arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
Emergency services attended Bluewater Parkway to free a man trapped inside a Vauxhall Vectra which had crashed into a barrier.
Police, paramedics and an air ambulance crew were also in attendance.
Three fire engines from Dartford and Thameside (Gravesend) were on the scene for two and a half hours.
Dartford Fire Station crew member Russell Warren described the man as "a very lucky guy".
"He wasn't injured badly," he said. "But to look at the vehicle, no one would have got out alive."
The man was taken to hospital for treatment with injuries described as serious but not life threatening.
