Crash on A2 near Dartford causes delays

A crash on the A2 is causing delays this morning.

A car has hit the barrier at the junction with Bean Lane, near Dartford.

Police are still at the scene of the accident which happened at 9.30am this morning.

The driver of the vehicle has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.

He has been taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries, which are described as not life-threatening.
