Firefighters are still at the scene of a haystack fire that started last night.

Crews were called to the blaze in Ship Lane, Sutton at Hone, near Swanley at 7.45pm yesterday.

At its height, three engines and a bulk water carrier were at the scene to tackle the fire.

One engine remains in attendance while the hay burns out under controlled conditions.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
