Dartford come back down to earth with a bump after losing 4-0 at home to Dorchester in Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.
Fresh from last’s Saturday’s FA Cup draw against Port Vale and a midweek league derby win at Dover, Darts fans would have expected better at Princes Park.
Instead, they say Tony Burman’s (pictured) side concede four second half goals and create few chances at the other end.
The home side did manufacture the only real opening of the first half when, two minutes before the break, Ryan Hayes’s cross was met a by a Lee Burns header which went just wide of the post.
The visitors took the lead when Darts keeper Andy Young made a fine save but Ryan Moss followed up to open the scoring.
Darts were then hit by two break away goals when Danny Ings scored from six yards out for the second and Nick Crittenden added a third.
Moss then hit his second and Dorchester’s fourth to complete a miserable afternoon for the home side.
