Dartford moved three points closer to sealing the Ryman Premier Division after an epic 4-3 win over Hastings United.
The crowd of more than 1,200 at Princes Park were treated to an action-packed afternoon, capped off by Elliot Bradbrook's header three minutes from time.
Following their disappointment in midweek against lowly Margate, the home side settled a few nerves both on and off the pitch when Ryan Hayes' corner found itself going straight in on 29 minutes. Hastings got themselves back on terms in first half stoppage time through Ade Olarunda, but only seconds later, Danny Harris put the Darts back in front.
Hastings had the crowd stunned after the break though as first Liam Bellamy levelled the scores at 2-2 on 56 minutes and then Olarunda caused a stir to put the visitors 3-2 ahead just three minutes later.
Danny Harris came to the rescue to claw Dartford back level with around 15 minutes to go, before Bradbrook rounded off an eventful second half. Left alone at the far post, the frontman headed home a deep swinging free-kick from Ryan Hayes to put the Darts just 11 points away from promotion.
