A bobsledder from Dartford has missed out on an Olympic medal but can instead bring back bags of pride.
Kelly Thomas and team-mate Paula Walker finished 11th in the women's two-man bobsleigh event in Vancouver, Canada.
The pair were 3.9 seconds behind behind the leading Canadian team after four runs down the Whistler Sliding Centre track.
Great Britain's number one team, which had been tipped for a medal before tha games, crashed on their third run.
Brakewoman Thomas, from Homleigh Avenue, Dartford, had been sponsored by Dartford council.
