Dartford boss Tony Burman says there's no time for his players to dwell on Tuesday night's shock home defeat to lowly Margate.
The Ryman League Premier Division pacesetters lost the game 1-0, their fifth match in 11 days, but Burman, pictured, has already turned his attentions to Saturday's home clash with play-off-chasing Hastings.
He said: "We can’t dwell on the result, there’s no point. We’ve got games coming up fast and that result was typical of this league.
"We’ve a big game on Saturday and three points are up for grabs. Hopefully our players will have recharged their batteries and I’ll be able to pick a team I think is capable of beating Hastings."
Burman took some of the blame for the loss to the league's bottom club, and said his failure to bring in fresh legs backfired after sticking with the same 11 who had dispatched Maidstone three days earlier.
"We’re disappointed we lost again, especially at home, and I put it down to fatigue," he said. "The players have tried their best but they were just too shattered and with us not scoring in the first half or scoring first, you always run the risk of going a goal down.
"I decided to stick with the same team for the second game on the trot and it was a game too far. In hindsight, we should have put fresh legs in there."
