There was queuing traffic after two lanes were closed due to emergency repairs on the M25 around the Dartford tunnel.

The anti-clockwise route between J1A (Swanscombe) and J31 (Lakeside / Purfleet) was affected.

The right hand tunnel was closed due to emergency pothole repairs.

The left hand tunnel, which is smaller at only 4.8 meters high, remained open.

The route has now been re-opened.
