Despite heavy rain on Saturday the fun of the Dartford Festival continued unabated.
While Gravesend lost its Mela Festival and the Kent County Show suffered from a muddy car park, there was no stopping the crowds at Central Park.
Over two days, the all-star line up included Britain’s Got Talent finalists Lovable Rogues on Saturday and former X Factor finalist Ray Quinn on Sunday.
There were also performances by tribute bands including the Counterfeit Beatles, the Three Gees and the Beached Boys.
Rounding off Sunday’s entertainment was a Cockney knees-up with Chas, of Chas 'n' Dave fame, and his band.
As well as the music, there was a funfair, beer tent, food stalls and numerous displays – including a dog agility course.
Organised by Dartford council, last year’s festival boasted 30,000 visitors over the two days.
