Dartford Harriers’ Andy Pickett produced an excellent performance in the second Kent Fitness League meeting of the season at Nurstead Court, Meopham, on Sunday.
Competing over one of the toughest courses in the league, Pickett came home in 33min24sec to finish runner-up behind Ben Louch (unattached).
With five more matches to go, Dartford Harriers are lying seventh out of 18 teams. On Saturday, the men finished in sixth place overall and the women 11th.
The next match is this Sunday in Blean Woods, Rough Common, Canterbury.
