The French flag will fly at half-mast in Dartford today in tribute to those who died in Friday’s terror attacks in Paris.

A Europe-wide minute’s silence will also be honoured in the town at 11am, with other services being held across Kent.

Gravesend will join Dartford in holding a minute’s silence and lowering the French tricolour to half-mast outside the Civic Centre in Community Square, whilst shoppers at The Mall in Maidstone will also pay their respects this morning.
