Dartford are ready to host two Football League clubs in a week as their pre-season programme starts at home to Norwich on Saturday.
The visit of the Canaries is part of the transfer package which saw 22-year-old striker Cody McDonald, pictured, join the league side.
Norwich’s arrival is followed by the visit of fellow League 1 side Gillingham on Tuesday night.
Both games will attract a big gate and manager Tony Burman is hoping his players will get as much from the games as the fans.
He said: "I’m not sure if we’ll see too much of the ball but it will be a good fitness test for us.
"We’re playing two professional clubs who know how to keep the ball. They can knock it about as well and we’ll close them down as best we can. It’s fitness time for us."
McDonald played seven times for Norwich last season and scored on his debut against Cardiff in the Championship.
"I hope he gets a great welcome and I’m sure the fans will show their appreciation," said Burman.
"He was excellent for us and I’m sure he’ll be great for Norwich."
The Darts could be without new signing Allan Tait for the opening game of pre-season after the striker picked up a slight calf strain.
Burman will also be taking a look at another keeper after former Ebbsfleet youngster Sam Mott joined pre-season training.
