Free-scoring Tonbridge Angels hitman Carl Rook has joined Dartford for an undisclosed fee.
The Angels striker bagged a hat-trick against the Darts last season and has scored 16 goals in all competitions this season after hitting 29 in 36 games last season.
The former Horsham man's record for the Longmead club is 64 goals in 93 appearances, with 11 of the games coming as a substitute.
Rook, pictured, followed boss Tommy Warrilow to Tonbridge for a fee reported to be £10,000 in December 2007 after previous spells at Dover and Hastings.
The runaway Ryman League Premier Division leaders are understood to have beaten off competition from Bromley and Farnborough for the striker's signature.
Dartford have confirmed the deal but said outstanding paperwork meant Rook will not be eligible to play against Welling in the Kent Senior Cup on Tuesday night.
