Dartford have allowed striker Adam Burchell to join rivals Tonbridge on a short-term loan arrangement as the club consider whether to appeal against his sending-off in a Kent League Division 1 reserve game.
Burchell now faces a 35-day ban which is due to start on March 8.
Burman said: “We have got players available so it’s a chance for Adam to go there, play games and keep involved.
“He was sent off for dissent and got a straight red, but his words were aimed at the sky, although the linesman thought they were directed at him.
“We are still deciding whether to appeal, but while the Ryman League suspensions are done in games, the Kent League deal in days and I think that’s something that should be looked at.”
