Charlie Sheringham's move from Dartford to League 1 AFC Bournemouth is likely to be completed on Thursday.
The two clubs agreed a fee at the weekend for the striker, who has 12 goals to his name so far this season, and Cherries boss Lee Bradbury revealed that personal terms have now been agreed.
"It looks like we’ve agreed personal terms as well as a fee for him," said Bradbury, who was at Ebbsfleet's 3-1 win over Grimsby on Tuesday night as his search for non-league talent continued.
"We’ve been tracking him (Sheringham) for a little bit and our chief scout’s been watching him as well.
"It will be [completed], probably on Thursday. He’s a chip off the old block as they say, his finishing was fantastic in training and hopefully he can step up to play in League 1 and be a good player for us in the future.
"He’s technically good, a good finisher, he’s got good movement and is obviously in good form at the moment, so he’s in confident mood, which is great for a striker.
"There are good players in non-league and that’s why we’ve come to have a look around. We came (to Ebbsfleet) to see one player in particular and he’s not been involved but we’ve seen a few good players and it’s nice to get around to see a good game."
