There are severe delays near the Dartford Crossing this morning due to a spillage on the road.

The M25 anticlockwise entry sliproad is closed at junction 1/A206 for Swanscombe and Erith.

There are long delays as traffic for the Dartford Tunnel has to join clockwise and turn around at the next junction.

There is congestion to junction 2 for the A2 Darenth Interchange and then back towards Bean.

Traffic reports say there are also delays on the A206 at the roundabouts and it is slow towards Dartford.
