Motorists faced delays on the M20 after a crash involving a car on a slip-road shortly before midday.

Lane one of the London-bound carriageway was closed just before the J1 exit slip near the Swanley Interchange.

All traffic was briefly held at about midday.

Both lanes have since reopened. No serious injuries were reported.
