Delays on the M25 after Dartford Crossing left-hand tunnel shut

A temporary lane closure on the M25 is causing problems for commuters this morning.

Traffic continues to queue anti-clockwise near the Dartford Tunnel following an earlier vehicle collision.

The left-hand lane was temporarily closed in the northbound direction following the incident which happened shortly after 7.30am.

A slip road onto the M25 at junction 1a was also shut.

All lanes have now reopened by traffic continues to move slowly.

Drivers headed to Essex face long delays on the approach to the Crossing with tailbacks reaching Junction 2 at the Bean Interchange.
