A taxi driver is in a stable condition in hospital after a three vehicle motorway crash.

The driver of the taxi had to be cut free from the wreckage of the car, after it and two lorries collided on the anticlockwise section of the M25.

The incident took place at 3.10pm this afternoon between junctions two and three, Dartford and Swanley.
