A driver has been stopped after they were spotted with five children squeezed into the back three seats of their car.

Police pulled the vehicle over in Lawrence Hill Road, Dartford, today.

On Twitter, Kent Police Dartford wrote: "Driving with five kids in the back when you’ve only got three seats is a way to grab our attention!"

The driver was also found to be driving without a licence or insurance.

Police seized the car, and the driver was reported for the offences.

Police have been asked for more information.
