Fight between youths on train between Bat and Ball and Swanley sees elderly man break ankle

An elderly man was left with a fractured ankle following a fight on a train.

It happened after a group of schoolchildren were reportedly fighting each other on a service between Bat and Ball and Swanley at about 4pm on Thursday, July 11.

The man attempted to break it up and was punched, causing him to fall and fracture his ankle.

Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of GBH.
