A MAN accused of killing his partner at their Kent home will not stand trial until November 3.

Steven Stallion, 44, of Sheridan Court, Temple Hill, Dartford, denied murdering 36-year-old Victoria Tomsett between October 17 and 21 when he appeared at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday.

Judge Andrew Patience, QC, said the trial delay was caused by "enormous pressure" on courts hearing such cases.

Stallion was remanded in custody and will appear again for another hearing on March 17.
