This is the face of a thug who ran down a love rival in his car after threatening to put him in a wheelchair and kill him.
Police released the image of Lawrence Kulczycki as he began a six-year jail sentence.
The 33-year-old from Dartford was told by a judge at Maidstone Crown Court that he had vented his anger on his victim Lee Turner "in the most crude and dangerous way".
Kulczycki was originally charged with attempted murder but his guilty plea to causing grievous bodily harm with intent was accepted by the prosecution.
He also admitted dangerous driving and will be banned for 14 months when released and have to take an extended test before being allowed back on the road.
Mr Turner suffered a broken leg, cuts and bruises in the terrifying attack in Henderson Drive, Dartford, in January.
His girlfriend, Tonia Cummins, was the ex-partner of Kulczycki and difficulties between them had led to Miss Cummins taking out an injunction.
The court heard the two men exchanged words as Mr Turner left a newsagent's, telling Kulczycki to "stop all this trouble".
However, he threatened Mr Turner he would be in a wheelchair by the end of the week.
Kulczycki then drove his VW Polo at Mr Turner, hitting his leg but not causing any injury.
Mr Turner leant into the driver’s window and threw a punch at Kulczycki, who drove off laughing and warning: "Next time I am going to kill you."
Soon afterwards the car drove up behind Mr Turner at about 20mph, mounted the pavement and struck him for a second time.
He went onto the bonnet and hit the windscreen before rolling off onto the road.
Prosecutor Eloise Marshall said: "He immediately got back up because he feared the defendant would return and drive over him.
“He stood up and was applauding. But it turned out he had quite serious injuries."
Kulczycki, of St Edmunds Road, was traced by police and claimed his car had been stolen. But he refused to meet officers and was arrested following a tactical road stop at the Taddington roundabout, Chatham.
He was described in court as suffering from an "emotional unstable personality disorder".
Detective Sergeant Beverley Morrison of Kent Police said: "Lawrence Kulczycki demonstrated a shocking disregard for the welfare of his victim and that of other pedestrians who narrowly avoided being hit.
"There is never any excuse for violence of this nature and Kulczycki can count himself lucky there were not far more serious consequences for his actions.
"He will now serve a lengthy period of time in custody when he will hopefully learn how to control his temper so something like this does not happen again."
