Family Fortunes legend Les Dennis will be switching on Dartford's Christmas lights along with Olympic athlete Adam Gemili.
There will be a sprinkling of Christmas sparkle on Saturday, November 16 with an afternoon of music and entertainment.
The fun-filled festive programme starts at 2pm with host Adam Hoffman.
There will then be music from Beer Pressure, Tom Vaughan, before performances from a
Michael Jackson tribute and One Direction tribute act.
The Mayor of Dartford, Councillor Mrs Patsy Thurlow, will then take to the stage with Adam Gemili and Les Dennis.
They will be joined by Father Christmas and pantomime characters, ready for the town’s Christmas lights to be switched on at 5.15pm.
Les Dennis is appearing in The Perfect Murder at The Orchard Theatre in January.
Former Dartford Grammar School pupil Adam Gemili is set to perform at the next Olympic Games in Rio in 2016.
Cllr Andy Lloyd said, “The Big Christmas Switch-On is always a hugely popular family event and we hope this year’s will be bigger and better than ever.
