Nigel Farage has once again been pranked on the messaging app Cameo – this time filming a birthday greeting with a hidden IRA message.
The former Ukip leader – who moved to the app that allows users to pay for 'celebrities' to record messages for special occasions in March – appears oblivious to the gaffe.
In the video, the controversial Brexit figurehead, who lives in Westerham and unsuccessfully ran as a candidate for MP of South Thanet, ran mentions "tiocfaidh ar la", which is a phrase used by the Irish Republic Army (IRA) and means "our day will come".
It appears Farage believed the phrase to be a location in Brighton where "Gerard" – who he was sending the greeting to – led "his team" for many years.
It's not the first time the 57-year-old father-of-four has been tricked in such a manner.
Just days ago he sent "the lads" a message, concluding "up the RA", a phrased used by IRA supporters.
Previously while hosting his LBC show he was tricked by a seemingly genuine Brexit u-turner.
'Mark' told Mr Farage: “I’m immensely grateful to you for everything you’ve done in British politics over the last few year.
“I used to be an ardent Remainer. I voted Remain, I believed in the European project, I believed that staying in the European Union was the best thing for us.
"Then something monumental happened.”
“And what was that monumental thing, Mark?” asked Mr Farage.
“I was kicked in the head by a horse,” came the immediate response.
Mr Farage then said: “Right, very good, okay, fine. Thank you, Mark, we’re going to move on.”
In April, he was also pranked into wishing Hugh Janus a happy birthday.
In one of the oldest shout out gags around – one which has frequently caught out DJs – he appeared oblivious to the double entendre.
