More than 300 square metres of woodland have been scorched at Dartford Heath.

Two crews from Dartford fire station attended after receiving six calls from concerned members of the public at 6.30pm.

Teams spent half an hour tackling the blaze. Kent Police also attended but say they are no longer investigating. The cause of the fire remains unexplained.
