A haulage company's offices in Dartford are being inspected by forensics experts after they were gutted by fire last night.

Police and fire service experts are at Oaks View Solutions at The Base in Victoria Road.

Staff have been barred from entering the building.

It was well alight when the first fire engine arrived just after 10.30pm.

Two crews fought the fire on the ground floor of the building.

It took nearly two hours for firefighters armed with breathing apparatuses to put out the blaze and make sure the building was safe.
