Sainsbury's Dartford evacuated after rubbish fire breaks out in car park

Sainsbury's Dartford was temporarily evacuated this afternoon after a rubbish fire in the car park.

Three fire engines were called to Priory Marketplace at 1pm and a high pressure hose reel was used to put out the flames.

Crews also used a thermal image camera to ensure there was no risk of a blaze breaking out for a second time.
