A large number of police officers have been carrying out investigations at a house for several days after it was targeted in an aggravated burglary.
Forensic officers and police have been seen entering a property in Wentworth Drive, Dartford, over the past four days.
The building, which has a number of antique cars parked out that front, today had five police vehicles stationed along the road.
One resident who lives nearby said the emergency service presence started on Sunday, when two police cars turned up at around 2am.
They added: “This then turned into about eight cars – with some staying here overnight.
“They just keep coming and going.
"It’s a bit scary now because of the fact they have been here a while.”
A police spokeswoman said: "Officers are carrying out inquiries at a house in Wentworth Drive, in connection to an aggravated burglary which was reported at 8.08pm on Sunday.
"A 31-year-old man from London was arrested this morning in connection with the incident. Inquiries are ongoing and there were no injuries reported."
The fire service was also called at 6.28am today to assist officers.
A spokeswoman for Kent Fire and Rescue said: "A crew from KFRS’ technical rescue unit attended."
