Police are reviewing claims two girls were being followed by men they did not know in Dartford.

The youngsters were left concerned after two men got out of a vehicle and walked behind them last night.

Reports suggest the children, aged about 11, were followed by men in a silver Range Rover - forcing them to run home.

It happened in the area of Brunel Way at about 6.30pm yesterday.

Police said inquiries into the incident are ongoing.
