A man stole a backpack containing cash in a daylight robbery on a high street.

Last Monday, a man was walking in High Street, Farningham, with a black and purple bag at around 11.15am

The bag contained cash and was snatched from him by another man in a robbery.

Police have released an e-fit image of a man they wish to question in relation to the incident.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged between 18 and 20, of slim medium build.

He is approximately 5ft 7ins to 5ft 8ins tall, with short cropped hair, and was wearing a black padded jacket and jeans.

It is thought he may have been in the area a number of hours prior to the incident, had access to a vehicle and was in the company of an associate.
