The heartbroken owners of a rare dog stolen from Bluewater have made a tearful appeal for his return.
Michael Fox and Johanna Kerwien have been back to the shopping centre in Greenhithe to record a video message, asking whoever has got their beloved Björn to hand him in.
Michael and Johanna have made an emotional appeal
The two-year-old bolonka went missing on November 6 when Michael's van, which was parked outside John Lewis, was broken into.
In the emotional recording Johanna says: "There will be a large reward for the person who gives Bjorn back to us safely.
"Please just hand him into a vet or any other safe place and you will be rewarded, no questions asked.
"We just want out baby back. So please, please just do the right thing and give us our baby back."
The couple, from Grays in Essex, believe Björn was snatched between 3pm and 4.30pm.
They say Björn, who was brought over from Sweden, will be terrified away from his home comforts and companions, including family cat Marley.
Johanna said they have had "barely any sleep and a constant knot in our chest, worrying about how our little guy is being treated and if he is eating properly."
Their pleas for his return have attracted a huge amount of support, with people offering to print flyers and posters for free. One woman has even plastered a huge poster across whole back window of her car.
The couple were handing out flyers and speaking to shoppers at Bluewater on Saturday. They appealed for people to check dashcam footage.
Michael said police were investigating, but doesn’t believe there’s a lot they can do as the suspects’ vehicle is thought to have had stolen plates.
His van window was smashed, a laptop was also missing and there was some damage to the vehicle where the thieves had tried to cut their way into the back.
A Facebook page has been set up to try to track him down and now has 1,400 members.
Björn is brown in colour with lighter fur on his body and legs, and darker fur on his face, ears and tail. He is microchipped and was wearing a yellow coat when he was taken.
