There was heavy traffic on the M25 after a multi-vehicle accident near the Dartford Tunnel.

The Eastbore tunnel was temporarily closed following the collision on the anticlockwise carriageway between Junction 1A for Dartford and Junction 31 for Lakeside.

Congestion was back up to the A2 and the Darenth Interchange.

All lanes have now reopened and traffic has now cleared.
