A horse has been left in the middle of a roundabout on an industrial estate in Gravesend.
The black and white coloured horse was reported to the police by a concerned driver earlier this afternoon.
It was spotted grazing on the roundabout on Dering Way.
The unnamed driver said: “I was down the other end of the road and thought it was a sculpture but then I saw it move.
"It didn’t seem too bothered by the cars going around it and just kept eating the grass.”
A police spokesman said the animal was tethered to a spike.
They said: “Neighbourhood officers have established the animal is well and there is no concern for the animals welfare.
“Officers will try to establish who the owners of the animal are and speak with them to ensure it is removed safely.”
