Construction at a new housing estate has entered its final phase as 126 new apartments are launched.
The scheme at Ebbsfleet Green in Ebbsfleet Garden City will see 79 flats for private sale and 47 more affordable ones added in the new building Plaza Central.
Ranging in size from one to two bedrooms, the barn-style apartments start from £264,995 and are A-rated for energy efficiency.
Almost every home includes a large balcony and residents will also have access to a landscaped garden next to the building, offering a space to relax or socialise outdoors.
The new flats are near a school that opened last year, shops, a pub and hotel.
Once built, construction company Redrow will have completed its 900-plus homes Ebbsfleet Green development after building works began in 2016.
There are now 20 apartments available to purchase and buyers have the option to customise their home by choosing flooring, tiles, appliances and additional features.
Separate to Ebbsfleet Green, Redrow has a planning application under consideration for a 25-acre site in Eastern Quarry, called Alkerden Village, which would form part of the wider 15,000-home Garden City if approved.
The site has outline consent for 599 new homes, and the firm has since submitted a reserved matters application for an initial 227 one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses.
A decision is expected in April.
