There were big delays on the A2 after a crash just before the M25 turn-off.

Traffic was held on the London-bound carriageway near M25 Junction 2 (Darenth Interchange) following the collision at around 4.30pm.

All lanes are now clear and traffic is back to normal.

The accident comes after there were huge tailbacks on the M25 yesterday after a four-vehicle crash and while lengthy queues are building on the M20.
