Hundreds of people have joined a huge search for a mother-of-five who disappeared almost two weeks ago.
They scoured woodland close to Sarah Wellgreen's home in New Ash Green, as concern grew for the missing mum.
Miss Wellgreen, a 46-year-old beautician, was last seen on the evening Tuesday, October 9, her car has been left a home.
Her son Lewis Burdett, 22, came back from Portsmouth after his mum's disappearance and is staying with friends in the area.
This morning Mr Burdett said he was very grateful to everyone who has helped search for his mum.
He said: "I'm really grateful to everyone who has taken there time to share the post about my mum around all of the UK and further.
"And a massive thank you to every that has participated in the search of the local area it mean a tremendous amount to me and my family, we are so happy with the way the community has come together to help and support us."
About 100 people living nearby helped search woodland areas on Saturday and about the same amount of people also searched yesterday.
Miss Wellgreen was last seen on the evening of Tuesday, October 9, in Bazes Shaw, where she lives.
Woodland near her home was taped off by police last week while officers conducted a search, with dogs and drones also scouring nearby countryside for the missing mum.
A man in his 30s, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with her disappearance.
He was questioned for three days after detectives applied to extend the 24-hour custody limit, but released on bail on Friday.
Police have not said what he has been arrested on suspicion of or if he is known to Miss Wellgreen.
Miss Wellgreen's son Mr Burdett previously told KentOnline's sister paper the Gravesend Messenger: "This behaviour is so unlike her, she’s never done anything like this before.
"The ones in my family that are probably being hurt the worst by this all are the young ones - her 12-year-old son and her other son and daughter who are both six.
"I can’t imagine how hard this must be for them to try and understand what’s going on.
"I believe I speak for all her family and friends when I say that we are all incredibly worried about her and miss her so much it hurts, all everyone wants is for her to come back from where ever she may be.
"Me and all my family and her friends urge anyone with any sort of information to come forward."
The man arrested has been released on bail, pending further inquiries, until Friday, November 16.
Anyone with information about Miss Wellgreen's whereabouts should call police on 101, quoting 11-0423.
