Hundreds of new homes have been released as part of the latest phase of a garden city development.
Housebuilders Taylor Wimpey have launched the final phase of its latest project at its Waterside development in the Castle Hill area of Ebbsfleet Garden City.
It consists of 177 homes, with a selection of two, three, and four-bedroom properties and two-bedroom flats now up for grabs.
One of the newer properties to be released is the four-bedroom Eastbury, available from £478,500, and pitched as ideal for growing families or professional couples looking for extra space to work from home.
On the first floor is a separate living room, family bathroom and double sized bedroom.
An en suite master bedroom can be found on the second floor, along with two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Jason Stokes, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey South East, said: “We’re very excited about this new and final phase at Waterside.
"The development has already proven to be incredibly popular with buyers in the area and we expect this last phase to receive lots of interest.
“We would encourage anyone looking to buy a new home at Waterside to get in touch with our sales team as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.”
The plot forms part of a growing new community in Ebbsfleet, between Dartford and Gravesend, where thousands of homes have already been built, alongside a new primary school, a community centre, Co-op, pharmacy and estate agent.
The estate is built on the eastern quarry, where many of the 15,000 planned homes are to be built.
