Shops, cafes and restaurants at Bluewater are looking for hundreds of people to fill vacancies.
Primark, Next and Pizza Express are among the firms looking for staff at the shopping centre in Greenhithe, which is hosting a jobs fair with more than 500 positions up for grabs.
More than 60 employers are taking part including fashion retailers such as Zara, Office, Quiz and Foot Locker, as well as department store House of Fraser.
Hospitality roles are also available at the centre's restaurants and cafes including Caffé Nero, TGI Fridays and Wagamama.
The event is being held from 10am to 4pm on Wednesday in a marquee outside The Village. It will be opened by Rosanna Currans, Mayoress of Dartford and Gareth Johnson, MP for Dartford.
Since its foundation 10 years ago the jobs fair, hosted by The Learning Shop, has helped match more than 10,000 job seekers to suitable vacancies at Bluewater.
Positions on offer in the retail sector will include sales assistants, cashiers and stock room assistants as well as managerial roles.
In hospitality, there will be roles for waiting and bar staff, baristas and chefs.
There will be a mix of permanent and temporary seasonal vacancies.
Robert Goodman, senior centre director at Bluewater, said: “We are delighted to host The Learning Shop Job Fair for the tenth time, offering a variety of jobs in the hospitality and retail sector here at Bluewater.
"I have no doubt that the event will be a success and we can’t wait to meet some of our talented future employees.”
