POLICE have issued an appeal for help in tracing a man who indecently exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl in an alleyway.

The girl was walking her dog with her friends through the alleyway between Watling Street and The Brent in Dartford when the incident took place.

The victim ran away and alerted police.

The offender is described as white, aged between 15 and 20, around 5ft 6ins tall and of thin build. He was wearing a grey woolly hat, a grey and black hooded top, a red T-shirt and grey jogging bottoms.
