Hunt for three men after car smashed up in residential street in South Darenth

Police are hunting three men who vandalised a car, smashing the windscreen.

Officers say it is the second time the vehicle has been targeted in South Darenth this month.

The latest attack was in Paddock Close near the junction with Towers Wood at about 10.10pm on Monday, December 23.

A police spokesman said: “The vehicle was parked and unattended when it is alleged three men smashed the windscreen and damaged panels before running from the scene.

“The victim’s car was also damaged earlier in the month and inquiries are underway to identify those responsible.”

Residents with private CCTV and motorists with dashcam are urged to check for any footage that may help.
