Traffic is grinding to a halt around Swanley after an accident closed two major roads.

Long delays have been reported on both stretches of the M25 and on the M20 after a lorry crashed into a barrier near Crittall's Corner on the A20 at about 6am.

Kent Police have closed the London-bound section of the A20 at Swanley and also junction 1 of the M20.

They are advising drivers to avoid the junction if possible and use the A2 to travel into London.
