NEW Eltham Joggers are hosting the eighth annual Sharon Daniels-Norbury Memorial 5 and Fun Run on Sunday, June 6.

The race is a tribute to the club’s social secretary, Sharon Daniels-Norbury, who died from cancer at the age of 36 in November 1996.

It will take place at Eltham Park South, Glenesk Road, Eltham. The fun run starts at 10am, with the five-mile run getting under way at 11.10am.

The multi-terrain course is through Eltham Parks north and south and Shepherdleas Wood. There are age category prizes and medals for all finishers. Entry on the day is £6 affiliated and £7 unaffiliated. It is £1.50 to enter the fun run.
