CHARLTON reserve team coach Mark Kinsella has emerged among the front-runners to succeed former Gillingham favourite Micky Adams as Colchester's assistant manager.
Adams left the club after Saturday's FA Cup, third round defeat by Peterborough.
Kinsella, a big favourite with Charlton fans, played for both clubs and still lives in the Essex town.
