A fire broke out in the kitchen of a home in Greenhithe earlier today and crews used breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze.
Crews were called out to the house in Sandpiper Close, shortly before noon after the fire broke out on the ground floor.
After putting out the flames, firefighters used a positive pressure ventilation fan to disperse smoke and say the believe the fire was started by an electrical fault.
No one was injured during the incident and crews had left the scene by about 12.30pm.
