A Land Rover went up in flames by the side of a road last night.

Dartford firefighters were called out to the Freelander vehicle in Paddock Close, South Darenth, at 8.04pm.

They put out the blaze in the car, which had 02 plates, within around 45 minutes.

Nobody was on the scene when the crew arrived and the matter has now been refereed to police.
