A lane closure is in place on the M25 after a crash.
The incident, between junctions four and five, has meant queues are currently trailing back to the Darenth Interchange.
An HGV and two cars are understood to be involved and both police and an ambulance are on the scene at the clockwise carriageway.
Vehicles are able to pass the incident but onle lane remains closed.
A Highways Agency spokesman said: "We were called at 7.30am, recovery is now on scene and lane one is closed, delays of between 20 and 30 minutes can be expected."
It is not known if anyone is seriously injured.
