The 2.5km walk starts at the Cyclopark in Wrotham Road, Gravesend, at 5.30pm.
Emma Middleton, fundraising events manager, said: “We’re really excited about our newest walk. It will be a great family night out and we can’t wait to see everyone showing their support for EllenorLions Hospices."
Entry is £15 for adults and £5 for children and includes a free T-shirt.
