Dartford snatched a point from their trip to Lewes thanks to an injury time equaliser from Tom Bonner.
The Darts' dismal away form in Blue Square South looked like continuing at the Dripping Pan until Bonner equalised late-on. The draw will give Tony Burman's side a morale boost ahead of their big FA Cup first round tie at League Two Port Vale next Saturday.
Dartford fell behind after 40 minutes when Lewes scored with their first shot on target. Paul Olima put the Rooks ahead when he pounced during a goalmouth scramble after from a disputed corner.
Paul Goodacre almost levelled the scores straight after, but his shot was parried from a Karl Rook header across the box. Danny Harris was a threat in the second half on several occasions for Dartford, forcing a save from the Lewes goalkeeper on 50 minutes.
But Bonner came to the rescue in the dying minutes to ensure Dartford left East Sussex with a point for their efforts. The result sees Dartford drop to 18th in the table, five points clear of the bottom three.
